A Provocative Self-Care Program

Who's Talking

You know all about taking care of yourself. You get regular pedicures & manicures. You might get a massage once a month or so. You watch what you eat; most of the time. You exercise, because, well, you know it’s good for you.

That’s what self-care is all about, right?

Do you ever stop & listen to those voices inside your head? You know, the ones that say, “If I could just get this or do that (whatever it is), then life will be amazing.”

Do you get glimpses of the life you desire only to be brought back to reality?

Do your inner voices control the beliefs & choices you make?

If you answered yes to any of those questions, then you’re in the right place!

You are not the voices in your head. You are the one listening to them.

What a liberation to realize that the 'voice in my head'is not who I am.

An intimate 6-week virtual program open to 6 women

A private Facebook group where we'll support, share stories and hold each other accountable.

Connection with women to lean into, learn from and champion.

Two private 1-hour coaching sessions with Beth.

Weekly themes along with assignments.

Week 1 - The Stories We Tell Ourselves

We create our reality & it’s our stories that inform our beliefs, choices & decisions we make every single day.

Week 2 - Be. Here. Now.

By practicing noticing in the present moment we can connect to the what, how & who’s talking. What's the story you’re telling yourself?

Week 3 - I create.
I play. I succeed.

“If you hear a voice within you say ‘you cannot paint,’ then by all means paint, and that voice will be silenced.” Vincent Van Gogh

Play opens the pathway for creativity to flow. When we’re engaged in play/creativity, we’re free, we’re connected to our heart rather than our minds.

Week 4 - Acceptance

“One of the great paradoxes of human experience is we can’t change ourselves or our circumstances until we accept what exists right now. Acceptance is the prerequisite for change. This means giving permission for the world to be as it is, because it’s only when we stop trying to control the universe that we make peace with it. We still don’t like the things we don’t like; we just cease to be at war with them. And once the war is over, change can begin.” (Emotional Agility)

Week 5 – Forgiveness

“To be forgiven is to be loved.” Brené Brown

Forgiveness is never about the other person. It’s about loving ourselves enough to let go.

Week 6 – Celebration & Recovery

“Talk to yourself like you would talk to someone you love.” Brené Brown

Celebration is just as important as forgiveness. How often do you forgo honouring your accomplishments? Recovery is the art of coming home to yourself.

What women say about taking this program...

What You’ll Take Away

How to recognize the incessant voices and change the internal conversation.
“More self-awareness. A better understanding of taking care of your needs and what’s important.”

A self-care practice.
“To be gentle on myself - we all struggle with so many of the same things so I don’t feel so alone in my challenges.”
“Scheduling an hour every week. Just being on the calls was an act of self-care for me.”
“I need to plan my time to ensure I take care of myself. It’s ok to put myself first as it allows me to be there for others.”
“Self-care is important daily to check in and regroup. It can take 10 mins or an hour but having a ‘bliss list’ helps to remind me what self-care means to me.”

Sacred connection with like-minded women.
“I underestimated the impact of the group/phone coaching. I was excited to participate but really did not think it would be able to go as deep and leave so much impact as it did. So, I truly did get more than I signed up for!”
